Knit a Helmet Liner for Our Troops

I have already knit a cap for an IDF soldier, now I’m glad to say I learned there is a similar thing we can knit for our troops, and I am looking forward to it!.

FO: Magic Stripes Socks

Finished my Lion Brand yarn’s Magic Stripes socks. Very fun not know just HOW it would come out! I scored the yarn on clearance for $1 a skein, so these cost me about $0.60 to make! ;o) Being a frugal knitter, that makes me very happy!

I’m glad I frogged the Kaylee’s, this yarn (Knit Pics Essential Sock Yarn in Meteor Twist color) is too busy for that pattern. Love the plain socks. I made them without directions!

FO: Textured Chenille Sweatshirt

I’ve been working on this off and on for months. I decided it wasn’t right for my shape, but mom loved it, so here she is in her new sweater! ;o) It’s made in Yarn Bee’s Dreamy Chenille. Super soft and comfy. It was hard to keep the dogs off of it!The pattern is free.
